Q. Where do I get a Club Bread Card?
A. If you have a Bread & Company gift card you already have one!

Q. Will you share the information in my Club Bread Account?
A. Absolutely not.  It is the policy of Bread & Company not to give your name or other information to other companies without your permission.

Q. How do I earn points?
A. Present your Club Bread card prior to paying for your order and earn10 points for every dollar you spend (rounded up to the nearest dollar) PLUS numerous BONUS POINT opportunities:

A. Not at this time…so make sure you have your card at the time of purchase!

Q. Do I earn points when I spend the stored value on my card?
A. Yes!  You will still earn points for every dollar you spend, even if those dollars are already on your card.

Q. If I pay with cash or credit card - how do I get my rewards points?
A. Easy.  Just give the cashier your Club Bread Card prior to paying for your order and our system takes care of the rest.

Q. How are my points tracked?
A. In registered accounts, points are tracked two different ways:

Q. How do points become rewards?
A. If your card has been registered, you are eligible to receive awards for your rolling point totals AND annual point totals.

Q. Are "discount dollars" the same as stored value?
A. No.  Stored Value represents an actual cash balance loaded to your card by you or someone you know.  Discount Dollars are just that – discounts – to be used at Bread & Company only (like virtual coupons).  Discounts Dollars have no cash value.

Q. Do I earn points when I redeem my discount dollars?
A. Items purchased using Club Bread Discount Dollars are “free” and do not earn points.

Q. How do I redeem my rewards?
A. Discount Dollars may be redeemed with your Club Bread card at any Bread & Company location. 

Q. How do I check my balance?
A. To check the balance of your stored value, discount dollars, point totals and more, visit us online at www.breadandcompany.com.  Your receipt will also show your current account balances and points totals.

Q. What if my card is lost or stolen?
A. Report a lost or stolen card at any Bread & Company Café or by calling 615.29.BREAD (615-292-7232). 

Q. Can my company participate?
A. Your company can’t, but YOU can!  Companies, organizations, etc. are not eligible to register for Club Bread or to receive rewards.

Q. What if my company is paying for the order?
A. Rewards points are generally issued to the individual placing the order.  Rewards points and related awards will not be issued to companies, organizations, etc.
